Home Sales Show Increase in July

Home sales are on the rise, despite the current trying economy. Pending U.S. home sales rose modestly in July, the National Association of Realtors said Thursday. The Pending Home Sales Index, which predicts home closings one and two months down the road, rose 5.2 percent to 79.4, NAR said. Home show will feature products and services for upstairs and down, inside and out

Almost 300 vendors will display products for every part of the home -- from the basement floor to the roof pitch -- at next weekend's Best of Fall Home Show. The sixth annual event, at the Ohio Expo Center, will feature products in three categories: home improvement, landscapes and kitchens.
